I am a super-enthusiastic higher-educator, with a background that spans mathematics and marketing, women’s studies and accounting. My current research centers on women’s roles in food procurement, preparation, and production. I am interested in exploring what a 21st century “radical home economics” might look like. I teach at Hamline University – statistics, marketing, research methods, and about food systems. I love playing with new technology and trying to fit it into my teaching and learning. I have my students to thank for keeping me – well, maybe not totally current, but a lot more caught up than I might be otherwise.
You can also find me on LinkedIn, and here is my Prezumé.
