Vol 9, recipe 4 – Mexican Pork Pot Roast

A nice variation on beef pot roast, this recipe includes sausage too. We used a somewhat hard sausage, but I think something like chorizo would have been good. The aroma of this reminded me so much of my grandmother’s house growing up – she must have made something similar. Amazing. Yummy. Who doesn’t like a pot roast chapter?
