It’s heating up outside, so in our kitchen we’re focused on cooling foods. Our latest recipe reclamation project is cream pies. Home-made graham cracker crust (of course – and not that hard). Then adventures in home-made pudding fillings. So far we’ve tried vanilla and chocolate, and both have been great! We have not put plastic film on the surface, so they have been forming a skin, which has prompted us to wax nostalgic about pudding from our youth.
I think the next project will be fresh strawberry pie.
