What do you do when it’s 30 below outside?

Bake bread, of course. Today, it was a wonderful whole wheat rye bread from The Enchanted Broccoli Forest. It has a lot of orange juice in it, and so I figured I would try the finished product with orange marmalade. Wonderful! Here’s hoping your cooking adventures are keeping you inside and warm this month!

  2. Thanks for your note! You’re right – I’m so bad about taking pictures of things! My students are much more talented in that regard. I’ll work on that in this next year!
